Also, in the Outlook inbox, the BCC copy also shows as coming from rather than I then tried one of the other ideas, using OWA and deleting the in the “from” field and using instead. The result with this method is that the email DOES go out and IS received at , but shows as coming from rather than. I also tried one of the other ideas in the comments like simply using “other email address” in the from field from Outlook app with the option “send using “. Also, when I click the BCC copy in my inbox, it seems to reflect that it came from rather than. Thank you so much in advance.
